The service, price, and the product were excellent. We ordered custom- sized box spring and mattress. Ali was a total pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the mattress. I never went in to the store- just dealt over the phone. Super prompt delivery. I highly recommend!

This place is incredible, if you looking for a mattress I highly recommend! I was delighted by how frictionless they made the whole experience!Ali and his brother helped me all the way to get a comfortable mattress I can actually sleep in. I was welcomed to try the mattresses in the store and didn't feel any pressure or rush to make a decision (which is a common experience in other places). I had to swap mattress once as well and it was completely frictionless, I even made a second visit at the store to find a better fit, asked a lot of questions, shared some of my sleep challenges and got spot on advice on what mattress to try to make it better! I definitely recommend!

Purchased a twin mattress for my child, honestly, if I knew beforehand that I will have no headache with purchasing, delivery, and quality of the mattress I would be buying all of the mattresses from this store. First of all, the salesperson is very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store, answered without hesitation all of my questions. Good selection and prices. Also, they offered free delivery and according to my Preferable time!!! The whole process of purchase and delivery was smooth without any single trouble.

Very happy with our purchase of a double ultimate comfort gel firm bed with platform bed and pillows. Not only did we save hundreds of $ from our previous purchase of the same items, speedy delivery and perfect set-up thanks to Ali and brother Baris! They even brought a queen platform for use in time for my son arriving on red eye for a weeding. Highly recommend Sleep Masters for an amazing seemless experience!

I've purchased bed frames, box springs and mattresses from them and the products are high quality.Interacting with their staff is a true pleasure, website is easy to navigate and prices are competitive. Very bad experience as they sent me damaged mattress but then become unresponsive to my messages. Can't we just discuss reasonably and resolve?? I am the only one punished but I have done nothing wrong. The only wrong thing was my decision to purchase from them. Coz when I inquired they were very responsive and very helpful on my order.

Edit : Returning customer - We had recently purchased another mattress based on our experience with one from 2 years ago. Absolutely the best in terms of quality , cost and timely delivery.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are dishonest & do not live up to their word. I bought a mattress wanted to return it & get charged $75 restocking fee ( still don’t understand how they can resell). Ali told me “not a problem”. It would be picked up in 5-7 days. That was over 3 months ago!!! As you can see in the picture I have a small open concept space. It’s sitting right in the middle of that space. I have been told sooo many times that it would picked up. Then I receive his (Ali’s) favorite line “My Apologies”, but something has come up & we can’t pick it up.Everyone having a horrible experience like I am, make a claim with your credit card company. Keep all records & send with your claim. I got a full refund within 48 hrs, which is something. However until the claim is closed I can’t dispose (donate) this mattress, so I am stuck with it in the middle of my house.Worst thing is not being able to trust anybody because apparently people’s word means nothing anymore. Ali you should be ashamed of yourself for treating people like this.

We bought mattress from Sleep Masters Canada a few months ago. Everything was great, boys did all of it amazing, from entering the store and buying the mattress to express delivery and customer service. Amazing! Mattress it self, great quality and comfy.
