Great people, extremely helpful

I don't want to give Primco any stars. The customer service is bland and unfavorable. They gave me an ETA that they didn't fulfill and then I had to call to find out that my order was delayed further. I had high hopes to continue doing business with them but after this fiasco, no way. Not worth the headache.......go somewhere else.

Everyone at Primco is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of fine flooring products. Always a pleasure doing business there.

I bought Primco luxury vinyl flooring from End of the Roll. Flooring was to be Lifetime residential warranty and 10 year limited commercial warranty. The product is poor quality and scratches very easily. Dealing with End of the Roll to look at warranty has been nothing but a headache. When you phone you get promises to address issue but no results or call backs. Tried emailing and there is no reply. Don’t buy Primco vinyl flooring and End of the Roll has poor customer service. Very bad customer service from both companies.

Do not recommend to go there. Bad attitude from management, nobody looks at you when you enter the building. I really do not understand how are the planing to sell their products when then they completely ignore their potential costumers...

I am giving one star as you can't give a zero start rating. Bought carpet from Primco that started pilling right from install. After 8 months now there are about 30 pills and Primco will not stand behind their warranty at all. They say the mill has tested it and there is nothing wrong yet no one can explain why the carpet continues to pill. Do not buy from this manufacturer! As soon as they have your money they walk away from the customer and give no support. STAY AWAYMay 2 updateThey have blamed our vacuum for the poor performance of their carpet. If their carpet can't stand up to a cordless hoover vacuum how good can it actually be. They wouldn't even come look at it themselves. Sent a 3rd party rep. Very disappointing.

Unloaders are too arrogant did not unloaded us in 7 hours and we are waiting in truck so someone will come and tell us. Nobody came, after I checked they closed the place. Guys didn’t want to talk properly. Worst experience ever.

Purchasing a hardwood floor from Primco in 2017 may be the most expensive renovation mistake we’ve made for our home. The product was poor quality and nothing like the sample we were shown when shopping for hardwood. It gave us slivers and looked and felt like raw wood. It took months to get action from Primco, but they eventually agreed to refinish the floor. We were guaranteed the refinishing would not impact the warrantee, but the floor could only be refinished once.Five years on, the flooring has faded to an unattractive degree but has retained large, dark patches anyplace covered by area rugs. There are also patches where the refinishing didn’t stick and it looks like raw wood again. This is noticeable, unsightly and will most certainly impact the resale value of our home.If you decide to get hardwood flooring from Primco, I'd encourage you to set some money aside to replace it soon after installation. Better yet, consider another hardwood flooring provider. The flooring is garbage and the service matched.
