UPDATE:I came back here 8 months later. I went through drive-thru. I was told 10-15 minute wait and to park the car and they will bring it out. I had to wait 30 minutes on top of the 10-15 minute wait and they never brought my food out. There is a line-up inside of people waiting. I go to the counter asking for my food and that I had now been waiting 45 minutes according to my receipt. He FORGOT me!! He grabs my receipt and fills my order immediately. Note: The chicken covering was all mushy, it's not like it used to be at all.**********************************************Placed an order at the counter, they came back to me 10 minutes later to tell me I have to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be ready. This is like the 3rd time this has happened, whether I place the order on the app or go in person. Why do I always have to wait??

Had to wait 20 minutes for chicken. They said they had to make it.Only two people in the store.It was 540 in the evening.Why do you not have chicken done or almost done.

Food was pretty good. Chicken fresh out of fryer but fries were chewy like they had been in the warming tray for quite a while.

Visited in October. Easily one of the cleanest KFCs I visited, walked from the USA and had a great experience here.They let me charge my laptop and work a bit too - thank you!

Absolutely the worst. Had to wait over a half hour for the chicken only to have the oddest pieces. Hardly any coating and very slimie. The gravey seemed very old as it was already going into a solid blob. The macaroni salad was half filled and the fries very dried out.

Vegetarian chicken sandwich takes a long time to cook and tastes awful like a glob of stuffing. They forgot ketchup and utensils for my partners order. Would not return

Ya order thru the drive thru go to the window pay for the order they close the window then come back and tell you it's not made I will have to waitThen when you ask for a refund as I should have been told during the ordering and before I paid they seem dumbfounded that you want a refund and then take 10 minutes figuring out how to give you a refund and when giving you a refund I can hear the curse words like how dare he ask for a refundSave your time and money going to this place they are all inept on how to take an order and deal with a simple request for a refundNever again at this place, and this is the only KFC I've had a problem ordering with and they don't care and neither does the head office of KFC
