The lady who helped us find the right size was great. Terrible customer service from the store manager. We tried to exchange a sweat pants and hoodie set for one size larger that my mom bought our son for Christmas. It was on sale when she bought it in August. They assured her we would be able to exchange it for a larger size after Christmas, if needed. The store manager wanted to charge us the difference of $49 because the item wasn't on sale anymore. Its the same item, just one size bigger. I think this was completely unacceptable and I'm very disappointed in the way we were treated. Roots has been one of our favorite stores for years because of the outstanding quality of the clothing. We buy lots of clothes from this store and don't feel like valued customers at all. If I could give negative stars I would.

The store is very nice. My experience was very positive. The sales lady was very eager to help me find what i needed, and i left satisfied. I will go back for sure.

The cashier i had was so nice but there was a lady who watched me shop and tried to stop me when i went to the front of the store, thinking I was “gonna steal” from them. I still bought stuff from them but she was very rude.
