GLAD Plumbing & Heating

We contacted GLAD after our furnace had stopped producing heat and the other company we called initially for emergency winter service (ServiceExperts of Kingston) seemed entirely disinterested. In any event, we were VERY pleased with the response we received from GLAD! I spoke with their friendly receptionist who assured me they would send someone to the house as soon as possible. The service technician arrived shortly thereafter, thoroughly investigated the problem, and explained the situation in a simple and friendly manner. The tech they sent was obviously competent as he got the furnace working again and was able to offer some recommendations for further servicing...with no pressure to act right away however.Long story short, we will definitely call GLAD in the future for any heating/cooling/hot water needs we have in the future. Outstanding service from a group of remarkably friendly and competent employees. Just a terrific experience all around. Thanks GLAD!Steve

Simply outstanding work. G.L.A.D has done a number of jobs for me, each one precise and terrific workmanship. Very good at listening to the goals of the project, asking questions, respecting non-working areas and delivering on budget. Will not hesitate to contact G.L.A.D. for all future projects.

They did the plumbing for a tankless hot water heater. They install the pipes in an bulk head that was not insulated. When the pipes froze we called them. They came out and reroutes them outside the bulk head so they wouldn’t freeze. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for $120.00. I don’t think I should have to pay for their mistake. They should not have installed those pipes where they would freeze.

These guys were awesome. They were the 5th company I spoke to for a difficult problem to troubleshoot and they figured it out and at a great price. The others either weren't confident they knew how to fix the problem and/or were over the top expensive.

We have used GLAD twice and have been very impressed with calls being returned promptly, service rendered quickly and efficiently and knowledgeable rep(s). Highly recommend!!

Call 2 times no call back so I called other place no prob never call them again
