McNabb Earl Appliance Repair
The worst service I ever seen. We called them to fix our oven. They replaced one part and charged us for service and part but nothing happen and still the oven not fixed. When we called again and they said they have to replace another part. We simply paid over $240 for nothing. They are just guessing and I don't believe they are expert in oven repair.

Terrible service desk attitude, no follow up, & lacking technical competence overall. How they are an authorized service provider for major brand like Bosch is beyond me? Customers are stuck dealing with this outfit for warranty, won't buy Bosch again as a result. ZERO stars.

Dealt with Shirley regarding dryer parts. What a nice lady. She checked for the parts and called back right away. I dealt with Earl a few years back and he was quite the character! Love these guys. There's a reason they've been in business for so long! Both are great to deal with.

Very disappointed. The repair man replaced the inlet valve in my dishwasher, which cost me $197.74. He gave me his personal repair business card. He left and I started putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher. A couple days later, I wanted to run the dishwasher but it did not work (Error messages 24). Closed on Boxing Day, I phoned and Mrs Mcnabb answered,they were just on their way out the doorMrs. Mcnabb asked how quickly I could get there,I said I was only 5 mins. away,I needed bottom element of stove,she had it for me when I arrived. GREAT SERVICE

If I could give them 0 stars I would, my mothers and fathers experience was a very bad one, not the most efficient and reliable customer service, they came in 2 times to fix it, nothing happened, it's still broken, over $250 was paid for basically nothing! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I called this morning because our clothes dryer wasn't working. McNabb Appliance responded immediately and did the repair the today. In addition, the cost was a lot less than I was expecting. I highly recommend this business. GREAT SERVICE!!!
