Action Rental

We rented an articulating man basket for a job we had booked. We get there the day of for pick up and no one is there, the machine isn’t ready to go. Finally we get it attached to the truck and test it out, it doesn’t work and we wasted 1h30 of our morning playing around with it before the employees refunded us. Very poor customer service on top of it all the day prior they had called us confirming everything was tested and good to go ready for pick up which was clearly not the case. Will not be renting from this company again.

We rented a skid steer loader (tracks). Due to unforeseen circumstances, there was a failure with the equipment. It was no ones fault. This company went above and beyond to accommodate us so I could complete my job. A BIG THANK YOU to the owners and their employees for the excellent customer service.

First time renting they dropped off the machine tearing my neighbors grass.2 nd time renting due to a skid steer being use in mud and cleaning it asmuch as I could and detailing the interior wasn't good enough theyapparently couldn't rent it out when technically they pick it up on aMonday morning and not on the Sunday that they kept telling me theywould pick up.overall bad experience will not be renting again from this location.

I really like the new location, much closer to home.The new management team has clearly made an effort to streamline the rental process with new procedures, the ability to work over email, and accept scans for ID. You can do most of the setup for a rental quite easily online then just show up and pick up your tools and get to work.Recently I needed to do some landscaping including removing some really big old lilac stumps. The crew at Action Rental pointed me to a mini excavator, delivered it to my home, taught me how to use it, and took it away-- all at a resonable cost with no hassle at all.I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and service.
