Kimount is an incredible place that makes Mount Pleasant one of the best neighbourhoods in the city. As partners with the school, and welcoming to anyone, it has helped to form strong, capable confident young people in our community who have gone on to do great things. My son went to its after school programs and summer camps--and has incredible memories that will stay with him forever. If and when I have the funds to donate to Kimount, I will, and I urge everyone to do so.Kimount changes young lives for the better-- and all Mount Pleasant families are proud to call it our favourite local institution.

Well run boys and girls club, with a dedicated staff of volunteers and leaders keeping it going and stretching it's budget as well as it can get for the kids. Staff are very attentive of the kids and teach and direct the large number of kids well. After school is well managed and the dedicated staff really shine in drilling in needs, process and rules for the kids to be managed well in a safe play based environment.Would easily recommend this club

Great after school care. Staff are well trained, professional, and caring. My kids are in their camp all summer, and they feel so at home there, enjoy the activities provided, and even want to go there on weekends! This is the one of the best camps offered during covid. They divide children into smaller groups, and make sure they practice social distance.

Joined Kimount as a 10 year old in 1950.....this was my 2nd home...as it was to my still close friends....left in 1972, as Director...after stints in Kamloops, and Fraserview.....
