Heidi is absolutely wonderful with a keen eye for the memorable. We live out of state and trust them 100% with our special pieces. We have bought beautiful one of a kind vintage pieces from Heidi and try to stop by when in town. Nice to know there still exist jewelry stores that have such a personal touch.

Heidi helped us this past weekend with the purchase of an engagement ring. She is an absolute sweetheart that really cares about the people she is taking care of. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I learned that the business has been in her family for several decades!!! I totally trusted Heidi and would definitely seek her out again. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to take the time to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I stopped in a week ago to find a birthday gift for my fiance. I didn't have anything particular in mind but with some expert advice I was able to find the perfect gift. A number of unique items also give Freeman & Foote a leg up on the competition. The owner even through in a little discount as an added bonus. 100% take a look if you have no clue what to buy your wife or girlfriend.

I called around looking for jewelry repair. This was the nicest place on the phone so I decided to give it a try. She was even nicer in person. Just a wonderful store, with lots of beautiful jewelry. I will definitely be doing more shopping here. Plus she offers layaway. Hard not to find things to love here. Plus all the great shops next to her, makes the trip worth while. Sorry other shops have to save my money for jewelry! **update** I had my ring sized. The work was amazing. It was cleaned and polished. Just perfect, thank you!

Love this store. The owner is such a wonderful person. She always puts a smile on your face. She rembers all her customers. Treats you with respesct and kindnesses. They give you the best deals in town. Everything is of highest quality. She is very knowledgeable about all items. If they dont have it she will get it. They do repairs. I've had many rings sized. Perfect every time. They are one of the best Jewelers in the area. They dont presher you in To getting something you dont wan't. They have layaway for those who cant pay all at once. You'll never find a better place to Purchase jewelry. They are the best and i will never go to any outher store

They were able to resize 5 rings and shined them up to look brand new. My wedding band had to be cut off my finger and you can't even see where the cut was made. They did an awesome job and their friendliness just added to my wonderful experience.
