Canadas Best Value Inn Saint John New Brunswick

They are doing renovations, so it's a little messy in the lobby and by the elevators. The service was as friendly as ever.We went for March break, as we do every year, and my 2 six year boys love the entertainment centre, especially the bumper cars.The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. I would fall asleep very quickly. I would love to take the bed home.Highly recommend.

Newly renovated room. Clean and comfortable . They are renovating in certain areas of the hotel but we had no issues with noise or anything. Staff are courteous and polite, we will stay here again. Located near restaurants and breweries.

Ok motel. They are doing renovations so the place was messy. We had no hot water for the two nights we stayed. Phone in the room did not work so couldn't call down to the front desk to complain. Mentioned all of this to the front desk at check out. Manager was suppose to call us but never did. Hot tub was still being renovated. Only one elevator and it's cramped with 2 or more people in itPositives: breakfast was good. Pool was a hit for the kids l. Staff was friendly

We stayed here for East Coast Games 2023. The hotel is currently going through a renovation.Overall, the hotel was fine, and the pool/hotub were good. The breakfast was good.Our shower had no hot water, and we ended up showering elsewhere (our friends room had all the hot and cold taps piped backwards....). We told the front desk, the hotel had no free rooms and was told to talk with management. Still wating to hear from them. ( if I ever hear back, I will update my review)Overall not really happy to pay around $360 for two nights and not have hot water/ be able to shower in your own room. Will probably pick another hotel next time in Saint John

The hotel was under renovations but most of the renovations were completed. The room was nice, with a nice view of the port. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, accomodating and professional.

This is in regards to the pool service at the Best Value Inn…I had wanted to upgrade my membership from single to family, but was informed that due to the fact my sister/friend had more than 2 kids we were not allowed to. I left very unhappy & with 5 disappointed children & demanded a full refund back. I will never return to this hotel for anything.Melanie Lynch

Despite what the website says, there is no laundry facilities and was only able to find one of three restaurants?Apparently there is mini golf and laser tag in the basement, but the elevator would not take us down.The entire building was under renovations, but our room was beautiful. Perhaps a discount of some sort would javelin been nice considering the renos.

The exterior of the hotel may not be the most appealing, however our rooms were newly renovated and very nice. No carpet, new comfortable beds, new furniture, and a bright clean bathroom. The pool was great. Breakfast was a decent meal. The staff was pleasant. The hotel is still in the midst of renovations, so there were areas under construction.

This was in the perfect location for us.With some pretty amazing views..The room was beautiful...Up to date.. fridge microwave tvOur bed was comfortable...
