This is the my very first review on social media. The guy whose name Roger is very nice and thoughtful. My daughter and I have been to his store four times. Each time we ask different questions and our concern. He always explains to us in a great patiently manner which comfort us the most. What's more, before we decided to buy our Kawai piano he even drove to our place to make sure our place- steps and corrido is big enough to accomendate the piano. He did not just persuade us to buy not consider if our Phisical condition can allow us to buy. He carefully polished and wrapped the piano so that when we received it we thought it is a new one. I just bought a baby grand piano from Hong’s piano and it was delivered today. The service I got from Roger was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The delivery was very fast and professional. I could not be happier with my purchase. I would 100% recommend Hong’s piano to anyone who is looking for a great product with a fantastic service.

My first time to visit Hong's was 2 months ago which I spent almost 2 hours to try different pianos there. Roger was very welcoming to me and my friend even though we didn't find the ideal piano we were looking for at the time.After that, it was Black Friday, and I just saw a promotion from Hong's Piano for selling a Yamaha Baby Grand Piano. I messaged him at midnight hoping to schedule a visit that same afternoon. He responded to me unexpectedly in a timely manner. This time, I spent nearly 3 hours trying different pianos again, especially the one I saw in the Ad.Roger was professional and courteous. Pianos are in good conditions. I ended up buying that Yamaha baby grand from him.On the day of delivery, Roger and his colleague arrived on time. They quickly assembled the piano. His colleague played a short piece of Liszt's La Campanella to end the day's delivery, which was very impressive.Hong's also provides good after-sales service such as free tuning and 10 years warranty. I sincerely recommend Hong's Piano to those who are looking for the ideal piano in their life.
