Our furnace broke Christmas Eve morning, we called 7-8 repair service companies and GTR not only answered but they came the same day. Was near impossible to fix the same day but they went above and beyond in more ways then one to get us some sort of heat in the house knowing we were away on vacation the next day. They also repaired the furnace while away and we happily came home to a very very warm house and are extremely thankful for the service we received. I won’t ever call anyone else for my heating/cooling needs and you shouldn’t either. Prices were very fair and reasonable. Can’t thank them enough!!!

GTR Mechanical is fantastic! They have a fast quote and drove to Waterloo to install 3 air conditioners. The weather was horrible and torrential rain for the entire install. But the guys were so positive and never complained.Highly recommend!
