UPDATE ON REVIEW BELOW - Completely useless. 4 attempts to install Cambria counter tops at our lake house. They knew it wasn't installed properly but said they were tired and had to leave". Their manager wouldn't speak to me on the phone (after speaking with his installers about the botched installation) because "his weekend had already started and he'd been drinking" (at 5pm in a Friday). Cambria USA offered to "arrange a discount as compensation after they fixed the situation". They later reneged on their offer and said "we don't do discounts". When I asked why he (head of customer support) had offered anything he said "I know
