Absolutely the best sugar shack experience I've ever had. And the cocktails were delicious. You will the pleasantly stuffed when you leave this establishment.

Waited 40mins before we got seated (even with a reservation).Extremely disorganized and food is served randomly. A lot of food items were missing and the server kept forgetting what we had asked for. Drinks were forgotten. Trou Normand without alcohol...weird!Extra items were charged on our bill.It is unfortunate as we have to pay in advance and the tips is already included (and taxed), however they cannot provide the service. It should have not gotten even 10% tip if it was up to the customer.Food was good but not worth the wait.Overcooked snow taffy is outside at the base of the mountain and poorly located. They ran out of maple syrup for the taffy (let me remind you that this is a sugar shack)It is unfortunate as everyone kept mentioning that the old location was way better. Not worth the drive from Montreal

This place is an insult to the original Tablée. I went to the old location for many years, where you were served a truly 5-star meal in an actual sugar shack setting. This place is a repurposed room at the bottom of a ski hill, and the food is terrible and horrendously overpriced. Everything tastes old, microwaved, and prepared with absolutely no skill or love of cooking. Mont Blanc should be embarrassed to be offering something so miserable, and should be ashamed of charging people $60++ for it.

This is not a sugar shack. The food was good but the price was well above what I would expect given there was no “sugar shack experience”. The tire was squeezed out of a plastic bag. Not worth the money.

Great experience, attentive staff. The food is phenomenal, every dish was balanced and full of flavor. Reservations are recommended as they fill up pretty fast. We managed to get a table by calling; even if the website said it was full.

Not the same sugar shack as before … the food used to be an incredible gourmet experience! I’ve been dreaming of eating their food for the last 2 years.Ate at the new location. Price is slightly lower than before. Prepayment is required for a reservation. Drinks were good. Experience is now buffet style. The food is nowhere near the level of the old location. Loud music for the 5 pm crowd. Finished the night with an awkward lecture about tipping from the waiter.I loved the old location and the food. You must adjust your expectations as it’s now basic. Probably appeals to more people. Unfortunately, we lost a gem. I won’t be running back.

Food was good.We were a group of 14 and they sat us all at one table. There was clearly not enough room to seat all of us there. The staff was very unaccommodating, we had made reservations a month prior to arriving and the staff teams should have advised that we would have needed two tables, there was an empty table behind us the entire seating/meal time and they refused to let us use the second table.

Such a disappointment. This used to be such a wonder authentic Quebec cabane á sucre, from the music to the syrup on the snow from real tapped maple trees. In moving to the Mont Blanc ski resort it looks like a movie set with sugar shack props. Our reservations was for 5:45 pm and our drink orders were not taken until 6:15. A local beer on the menu was not available so we both had a drink called The Cabin - it was just plain horrible - and 2 drinks came to $27!! The menu appeared to be the same with three different levels starting at $49/pp but the gourmet quality and pride of preparation was nowhere to be found. The pea soup was tasteless and cold. The salad that everyone tried to replicate at home by purchasing the dressing in the boutique, is now a garden salad with ranch dressing and some nice bacon on top. The meat pie was dry and no spices. The homemade relish was good. The egg soufflé was uneditable - we both thought it looked and tasted like styrofoam. The desert was okay. We ended up skipping the syrup on the snow as everyone was complaining about how it was not boiled hot enough to turn to taffy.The service was slow and the order of dishes were messed up. The music was loud and country not Quebecois fiddle and spoons. The parking lot was poorly lit and dangerous, as was the path down as hill to get into the restaurant. All in all a very disappointing evening and start to a long Easter weekend at Tremblant. We will not go back and would discourage others not to go. What a shame

A huge dissapointment. The quality and food has downgraded so much. It used to be amazing but it is so bad now. Do not recommend at all. The salad was so bad. Even a homemade salad at home is better. The sausages were dry. The egg souffle was nowhere close to what it used to be like.They even promote their cabane à sucre with pictures of the “original” Tablée des Pionners food (before it was sold to Mont-Blanc). Absolutely disgusting.It used to be our favorite. But we won’t go back for sure.

Even though the food was good, the time to get it was very very long.Our reservation was at 5pm, by 6:30pm we were still waiting for the main dish and at 8pm we were still waiting to get the dessert.
