The hotel in itself was clean and in an accessible location. The lobby had stains on the communal seats as well as in the rooms.The rooms were clean but when looking at the details they are worn and used heavily.It makes for a quick stop but not my first pick.Staff were very friendly and accommodating.Lots of parking and the hotel itself was very quiet.

Very clean and spacious hotel. They are always available to help you when you need something. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We are returning for a trip in August and would definitely book this hotel again.

If you like bed bugs this is the hotel for you. That isn’t even the bad part of this hotel. They did move me rooms down the hall…. I requested compensation for the experience and the manager Shelly said she has no authority to rectify complaints and damages. So it took 3 days for the boss or owner to call me. They claimed they would rectify the issue. Still waiting… They offered to wash my clothes, I accepted and they bleached and destroyed all my clothes. Awesome. Now they refuse to talk to me. Also the manager said no one else asks for anything when they find bed bugs in their room. I guess this is a common occurrence.

The staff bent over backwards to met our needs: we used the venue for a Conference. Every request was met with a smile and great service. Very good experience!

This is one of the best hotels I went to in Toronto. I visited Toronto with a group of friends for an engagement party. We were really satisfied with our stay here. The hotel is very clean and very spacious. I fell sick while on my trip and the staff was so kind and friendly. They were always available when we needed something and provided quick service. Will return again. You will not regret your stay here!

Solid Hotel, very good if you have business in the Area. The rooms are ok, and they are equipped with a kitchen. Bathrooms are nothing great. A GYM and a Pool is also available. The location however is quite bad, nothing is reachable by walk or by public transport, only by car. Only useful if you are there for working.

Male staff at desk Sunday morning extremely rude.Even though thermostat was set for and displayed “75” room was too cold to sleep. Not sure what temp really was but I’d guess 65 f. No extra blankets in room. Cleaning staff very persistent in trying to open a locked door, prior to checkout, even after acknowledging hear us tell them that we were just finishing packing up. 2.5 rating.

Stayed for 1 night with friends. Checked in online and got a digital key, no issues getting in to our room. Room was clean and had all the amenities. Bathroom was also clean. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Home2 Suites.

Better than the place next door at about the same price. Don't expect daily bed making or room service. Suites come with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and sink. A curtain can be pulled to turn the sofa into a bed and accommodate a second person. Not the most refined decor and some patches on the ceiling/stains. If you are there for a bit and don't mind the above, you will feel a little more homie than the average hotel room.
