Been in the last two days. Ended up taking home a beta the first day. He’s loving his new 10g space. The two employees that helped me were so kind and even put in a special plant order for me as I’ve been searching everywhere for surface plants. Today I came back to make the beta’s (now named Monty) space more comfortable and again everyone was so kind and helpful. Unlike petsmart, they are knowledgeable and make sure you know how to handle/care for whatever you’re purchasing properly. They are a little more pricey but I find the service and quality of items make that very much worth it. Thanks pet land! See you again soon. Pictures of Monty for tax.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Aquariums are crystal clear. Pet enclosures smell clean. Betta fish are in nice glass bowls with clean water and nice varieties. Lots of extras like drift wood and rock. Higher end foods and lots of accessories a little more expensive but I'd support a store like this all day long.

This is my go to store in Sherwood park for my fish. I always love when Callie is working! She is so helpful, knowledgeable and always so friendly! Thank you for being so awesome!

This store used to be clean and organized. The shelves are always dusty, unorganized and hard to shop. It’s gone down hill heavily. Management is rude, everyone’s always hiding the the little room beside the cash register. I was an avid petland shopping but not any longer.

Staff seem to be excellent. Prices are okay but not excellent like the staff. If you need help from someone go here. If you know what you want I can imagine you could find it cheaper elsewhere. I did. They do appear to have a wide selection which could also be useful.

This was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had for customer service. We have purchased 2 sets of snails and all of them have died. When we went in to talk to KS she was rude and unwilling to provide any sort of assistance. We brought the snails in a jar with a sample of water because they require that and it was simply not good enough. She refused to provide any sort of break even after explaining our situation. They offer a warranty that they make it near impossible to ever see a solution. Don't shop here unless you want to spend money on things that die and their employees simply don't care. Worst. Pet store, Ever.

Animals are available for viewing and handling. Animals look well cared for. Young lady who helped us buy fish was very knowledgeable and helpful!
