TERRIBLE company! Do not rent from them if you can avoid it.Our lease was coming to an end, and we were in the processing of buying a house. We knew we only needed another month, asked them to extend by a month. We had to sign a 3-month lease as that was our only option (looking back we should have just went and got a storage unit and a hotel for a couple weeks to avoid the headaches) They charged us $600 (they claimed for advertising and time to do showings). It took one 2 hour showing to get the place rented. They had over 20 people come in that 2 hour time frame. We could have easily got someone to rent the place on our own but that wasn’t an option.Communication is absolutely horrible. Sometimes takes days to get back to you, no one ever answers the phone. There is no emergency line, the furnace broke (in -25 weather) and it took until the next morning to get a hold of someone. Dryer was making an awful noise (the sound of metal on metal) I informed them, they had someone come in to look at it and then never heard a word about it again.I FINALLY got my damage deposit back, but I was deducted $60 for something that was done by the previous tenant that I didn’t bother touching but shame on me for not dealing with it. The place was a dump when we moved in (previous tenants didn’t have enough time to get it cleaned very well before moving) I didn’t complain I just took the time to do it myself so we could get moved in as we were on a time crunch ourselves. They didn’t offer anyone to come in to clean, I am sure they deducted money from the previous tenant for “cleaning”. Scam artists.Please avoid this company at all cost!! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I inquired on a very nice rental in SW Edmonton (Graydon Hill). As soon as I voiced my interest, the rent went from $1750 to a whopping $1900, with reasons that were VERY inconsistent and dishonest. If this company did not have a webpage I’d think they were an absolute scam. Please be careful when requiring about rentals with these people.

It's the best company ever. I can't forget in my life how great their stand with me was and their quick luxury in the circumstance I'm going through due to the lack of time and the urgent need to secure a place to move from Fort McMurray to Edmonton. I can't even forget that my house rental contract was signed between 2 am and 5 am.

We had a great experience with AG Property Services. We were trying to find a suitable tenant for our property for 3 months with another agent with no luck. At that point we decided to switch and try AG Property Services. To our amazement they were able to find a great tenant within 2 weeks. Thanks for all your hard work. I will definitely consider contracting you guys again in the future.

Awesome company to rent with. Quick and easy solutions to any arising problems while renting our place. Move in/out Inspections are painless and the staff we dealt with are very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend renting with this company!

I was a tenant in one of the properties managed by them for 3 years and 6 months. They were very professional and whenever we had something that needed fixing in the unit we rented, they were prompt with their responses. I will highly recommend

We rented a townhouse from this company for 3 months with signed 1 year lease. All the issues about the property have been fixed less than in a week. When we decided to move out and cancel the lease earlier than was mentioned in the contract, we worried that the company could charge for unreal damages. But eventually everything were perfect! They did the inspection on they own (because we moved out on Sunday) and confirmed, that the place in the same condition as it was. The deposit was returned entirely. No issues at all with them. Kindly recommend.

Very thankful for the reviews as they stopped me from wasting my time.Even looking at the companies responses, you can see they are not professional.They go into detail on a RTDS case and name another person on the lease that was not part of the review.Im glad i seen this unprofessionalism. Sounds like a knock off of avenue living .
