My wife ordered the plants from the store a few weeks ago and she was very happy with Tim who helped out from beginning to end. He answered all the questions, sent videos to show all the details, and shipping informations etc.. The plants landed safely and are very beautiful. She’s super appreciate Tim’s help. Always a great local Go-to store! The guys at Custom Indoor Grow are knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful.All the top brands you would want to buy from, great selection of garden supplies and tools from dirt to pots to watering aid, and everything in-between.Their selection import plant varieties is unmatched and staggeringly impressive, continually Tim and Duncan are adding new species. So if you haven’t check out orchids and tropical plants get in there.Did I mention they also support local, stocking local worm castings and offering 5% discounts to partner stores. Always a fun place to check out.

Absolute plant gem of Alberta! This lovely store has most beautiful collection of rare and common plants I’ve ever seen. Both workers I encountered (Tim, second man I’m sorry I never got your name!) were super nice and helpful during my time here. Any question I had, they answered confidently and kindly.I discovered this store on Facebook and it was well worth my drive from Westlock, Im already planning another trip down.Thank you so much guys!

Don't get me wrong, these guys are knowledgeable. I wish I could say the same for there customer service. I was treated condescendingly and will not be returning.Edit: Duncan, I find it hard to believe that you're finding out about this now" because you already know the details about the conversation I had on instagram with one of your employees. I was also abruptly blocked after I was treated with blatant disrespect. To be frank
