Great experience here. Flew from AB and had a long day. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and made things easy. She sorted us out in seconds. Rooms are unique compared to most hotels and the beds are awesome.

Very nice room but no breakfast, Very disappointed, the website says free breakfast but it's false, so if you want breakfast in your price, don't stay here!

I spent the night there recently, the Wifi didn't work properly and I was getting warnings about the certificate being expired. The front door is not really wheelchair accessible, once you're inside there's a few steps to go down, might be a door elsewhere to get in because there is a ramp off to the side. Staff were very friendly and kind.

Horrible, horrible and traumatic, there was loud banging noise for 30 mins followed by fire alarm. Called down to the front desk , she told me to evacuate immediately. When I was leaving my room with my daughter, I was attacked by a man with a fire extinguisher . Was able to fight him off and get back in my room. Called 911 immediately. When the guy was arrested and I gave my statement . I had heard that he was staying at the hotel, not sure if he was but either way the hotel has no security what so ever. Never had an option for no stars…

The front desk guy was rude from the start. I'm a diamond member and have stayed about 200 times with the Wyndham chain. Hearing him say I booked on points multiple times was annoying and technically private. Also I didn't receive my welcome package which I'm supposed to get. I didn't complain to Wyndham but I'll be using my remaining 12 free nights somewhere else.

Absolutely good services and location of this hotel can access to anything you want within minutes. Shopping, groceries, eateries, restaurants. 100% recommendable

Not a three star hotel. Nothing they advertised was there. No restaurant, No room service, No Gym, No continental breakfast, no shuttle to airport. All of this was advertised on the website, but when we arrived they just said we don't have that anymore but soon. The signs posted stated what they offer, but was not currently available. We were told they were from corporate and posted all over the world. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Room did not feel clean. It was freezing. The elevator was very inconvenient and quite a walk to get to. There were stairs and no ramps. There was no easy access to desk unless you walk down stairs. Definite update needed!!!
