This is an excellent agency to for. I have worked for the Delta, BC branch of Express Pros for a few years and have always enjoyed my assignments. Vivien Lee is especially nice to deal with and always prepares me for each assignment by giving me lots of information about the job and the company that I will be working for. I highly recommend working for this agency.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff here. Lisa needs more verbal and written communication training. She is unable to express herself in a polite manner.And Vivian requires training on telling her clients on how to best perform at their new job assignment from the agency and how they can secure the job and be well received by companies. Not sure why she is stating anything beyond this. There is no reason for her to be talking in a rude manner and making personal comments towards you.

Very disappointed. they offer me a job first and send me all job details and starting date and I resign from my previous job after one hour she said sorry this job is not confirmed don’t resign for now. I told her I already did just because you send me joining date. She said don’t worry we have another lots of jobs for you I will find something for you with in two weeks and after she never call me back now I’m jobless because of this company staff member. I never trust them again and I recommend to everyone don’t blind trust them.

Vivien seems incapable of committing to a meeting. Twice she blew me off after scheduling time to go over my resume and job requirements. The second time was a MS Teams meeting that she scheduled and did not show up for. I will not deal with this place again.

If i could give more stars I would! I had the pleasure of working with Vivien Lee. She was very delightful to talk to and was extremely helpful in finding me my dream job. What I couldn't achieve in 4 months and after countless rejections and low pay offer I finally landed a great job thru Express Employment Pro's.Vivien Lee from the Delta branch contacted me thru LinkedIn , set up a first virtual meeting and within 3 days I was interviewing with their client. From the start Vivien was courteous, got all the relevant info from me in terms of my work experience and expectations, prepped me for the interview and within a week I was employed.Great follow up and amazing service.I would recommend them to anyone.Even the staff at the office are great to talk to and deal with.Cheers guys and once again Thank you.
