Rally Subaru Edmonton

We have had some issues in the past with Rally Subaru service. Since our issues have been addressed by Shane who we are extremely impressed with as far as knowledge and outstanding service. Thanks to Shane we are confident our vehicle will be serviced to our satisfaction.

Buying from Rally Subaru was amazing and had low pressure sales environment. There were no surprises at any point during the buying process. Igor was an awesome sales representative. He was knowledgeable of all the products we looked at and helped guide us through the whole process. With a friendly demeanor and a professional manner he is the perfect ambassador for the dealership.

Excellent service, really happy with the work they did. They were able to properly diagnose something that a local mom and pop shop had mis-diagnosed saving me most likely thousands of dollars. No gouging, no extra costs, they did what I asked them to do, as well as did 3 recalls I had no idea were outstanding on my car. 100% will be bringing my car back for future services.

I could not be happier with these guys. Long story short, if you need a Subaru, these guys are trustworthy.The pandemic really separated good dealers from bad, and a lot of dealers took full advantage of people, forcing you to pay extra fees or buy dealer packages etc etc. Not Rally. Rally was up front and honest right from the start, and kept their word.... hard to find and greatly appreciated.I'll never forget my experience here.My sales guy was Tristen... young fellow, and a former rugby player, which I liked. He was great, and to be fair, every single person there was great.... I chatted with the manager, service, finance, and the front desk, and despite them being very busy, they all had time for me.They delivered my car exactly how I wanted it, at the price they promised, and kept me in the loop for the entire process.

I always receive excellent service at Rally! It is one of the reasons when I needed a different vehicle I bought another Subaru! Michelle is welcoming, efficient, and honest - that means a lot to me! Cheryl always stops by to greet me when I arrive for my appointment. The service department is highly skilled and effective. The service suggested and completed is always done at a high level. I trust everyone in the Service Department completely!

My experience with dealing with Rally Subaru was top notch! The sales guy Igor was excellent at helping me pick out the perfect crosstrek. I never felt that he was being pushy or using aggressive sales tactics. He helped me compare other cars I was thinking about and made the sales part a great experience. Rio, the finance guy was also excellent and made the boring paperwork part stress free.I would 100 percent be back in the future as the car came in great shape and the guys working there made the whole experience flawless. Excellent experience from this dealership, particularly from Austin in the service department. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate us and his communication (text, email, calls) kept us informed and worry-free.He handled every detail promptly and professionally and made an otherwise stressful situation a pleasant experience. There is a big difference between working for and working with a customer. Igor was extremely helpful and honest which is hard to come by with Salespeople. Rally Subaru has a way of making you feel like Family. After having a horrible experience at another dealership I can honestly say I had an amazing experience while purchasing a new vehicle here. 10/10 I highly recommend this Dealership.

Excellent service! All staff from the sales assistant to the financing staff were great and very transparent! Never once did I feel any pressure to commit to something I was uncertain about. We bought the vehicle from out of town so did everything remotely and the process was very smooth and efficient so we did not have much to do once at the dealership.Thank you very much for your help Igor, Doug, and Rio!

In regards to my visit today I will most definitely be a returning customer, based upon my experience that I received today having my new 2023 Crosstrek serviced. I asked the service department to have a look into specific parts of the vehicle that were causing a small noise. And as per my request the service technicians went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing my small quibbles with the vehicle. Other than the sway bar bushings needing some lubricating the car has been absolutely fantastic! in addition to this I also had a few small requests for the service department: I did not want my Subbie washed, and I wanted my vehicle parked in the same parking spot as where I dropped it off in the back of the parking lot. The service team did exactly as I asked, and took fantastic meticulous care of my vehicle, furthermore giving me the much needed trust in order to be able hand over your keys to a complete stranger... no longer strangers ;) big thanks too all the helpful welcoming staff at Rally Subaru, and I am happy to be a part of the Rally Subaru family!Also another big thanks to Tristen Miline for coming over to greet me and say hello whenever I come into the dealer, whether it be to pick up parts or a visit to service. He is more than helpful with what ever I need, related to sales or not. all though my sales experience part of the dealer is over for now, that doesn't mean that Tristen wont still be trying to go above and beyond to keep a customer happy and satisfied!
