I would like to give zero stars for the zero service I received from this store. And don't bother trying to call them directly, they will never answer their phone. beyond frustrating.

I had some issues with Telus a few years ago and Resen who works at this location glad helped me solve the issues. His customer service is far beyond my expectation. Although I live far away from this location, but I contacted Resen again recently to get a new internet service as I'm planning to move to a new place. Again, I didn't need to do anything. Resen did everything for me without any issues. Excellent service. Thank you.

They don't deserve any star. They set up internet and new phone line for me. When I had problem that need their help, I cannot contact anyone! Where is the customer service!
