Travelodge by Wyndham Alma

Very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Although the room was overall clean and it had a small fridge for my personal use, it lacked in some key features I like when I stay at hotels. Namely, the tv didn't want to work (although I could turn it on and off I couldn't do anything else including plug in my own hdmi device to it. The tv couldn't seem to recognize the input). The internet was slow (could only stream at 360p and sometimes would get some real long buffering times where it would try to play the rest of what I was watching without success), the bathroom fan would not turn on and finally I could hear knocking noises from the hallway as of +/- 6am. Beds were ok in terms of comfort and they did have a few appropriately placed electrical and USB ports to charge my devices. Staff was friendly (only met one person at the front however so not very exposed to the hotel personnel). Location was also very good seeing that it is located within walking distance to many amenities. Will not stay at this resort again unfortunately.

Rooms are super spacious and renovated. Bathrooms are a bit small...and reception area is odd... But loved location and comfort and silence of the area, even if downtown. All is super close.

Nice place n clean. Hotel is clear the festival area with streets close. Plenty of excellent restaurants n bars at walking distance.

Stayed here during a cycle trip around lac St Jean and was very pleased y surprised. Very clean room, a decent breakfast with the usual options. But best of all, they used their worn face clothes and leave them in a basket for cyclists to use on their bikes - brilliant!!! The value for money is excellent! Would stay here again

I was on the first floor, very nice big room, not enough light in the room at night and the walls are paper thin it feels because you can hear every sound in the hallway

Internet is slow and the rooms are both the most cleanly.

Very spacious and clean. A little hard to find though and The morning breakfast bags were kind of pathetic :-/

It's the cheap standard you expect from Travelodge. Spacious and clean room, free parking. Breakfast was ridiculous though.
