Kwomais observation point
It consists of a couple short trails as well as an observation deck that looks over the ocean. The view from the observation deck sees Point Roberts and the San Juan Islands in Washington (and maybe Vancouver Island? Not sure).There are lots of people walking their dogs, even later into the evening (I was there around 9 PM). There are also public restrooms.

Good place to see sunset, morning walk here is really peaceful. Quiet park, some people took walk and with dog.
