Service was very good. Limited menu. Drink machine had less options. Seating area was clean and not busy. Fries were overly salted but very fresh. The rating is more about the restaurant than staff. Staff get a five star rating for my visit yesterday. Friendly, courteous and professional. Made sure I was aware of any wait times and that I had my correct ordered items.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever and sloth paced employees. Don’t acknowledge customers in line when they will be a moment and are super unorganized and messy. Place is disgusting behind the counter and the employee who I assume is the “manager” on shift (wears a black hat, glasses and black curly hair) is ignorant and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to wait 25 min in line while the employee stare at you and don’t even say oh we’ll just be one moment we are busy and short staffed. And don’t even greet you when you order just want do you want. Owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of their restaurant! Also this place needs to be hit with a health inspection and a secret shopper and the kid as I described needs to be fired. Head office will be notified of this horrible service and employee representation of “McDonalds”

Half the dining room is always closed, frequently missing items, and employees casually dropping f bombs in front of children. Needs some proper management.

Thermal was great, I had a big Mac meal deal with medication fries and a regular fountain coke. However, the employees were bringing their personal issue to the floor and at the counter proceeded to tell every single person that came into the establishment about their situation. It provided entertainment but to the detriment of the employee as she was too busy telling one customer of her plight and got another's order wrong and blamed it on the customer. One thing that should be taught is not to bring your issues to the floor or the counter.

This MacDonald today was really bad. I love MacDonald's. Ordered the sausage egg macmuffin with a small coffee. The clerk said sorry we don't have cream. ( I ordered with cream and sugar on the side) . So I said forget the coffee. Just when my order was coming, someone orders coffee triple triple and got it. Clerk never offered me that option to put cream in it there. Best if all when I got home and opened up order, the muffin was burnt black and hard as a rock. Could not eat it. I was the only customer there besides the man that ordered triple triple. What a disappointment for Walmart MacDonald. The manager made the muffin and wrapped it up. Time to fire and get new staff

Very dirty. The tables had garbage and food everywhere and all over the floors. I ordered a Quarter pounder and asked if they could add tomatoes, they said they didn’t have any, ok no worries. I opened my burger and it had no pickles no onions and no sauce. The fries were hard and the chicken nuggets tasted off.

Worse service ibe ever seen.Worker Madison shouldn't work here. She doesn't listen to instructions to an allergy and when asked for new burgers to be made due to this allergy.She threw her hat on the ground and said she quit. Very rude and unprofessional.If you cant accept a simple error you shouldn't work at Macdonalds

Redemption on their fries. Fully cooked and hot.Management must be doing something right here as the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly.
