I called elite air because my ac had died on me at night, Lorans answered the phone and was very polite and professional, he booked me in for the same day and he showed up exactly when he said he will come, fixed the ac the same night! Furnace wouldn’t light. Found on Google and called Lorans, and he was immediately responsive, booked me at his earliest free slot later in the day. Came over, and did process of elimination to find the problem. It ended up being corroded connectors on a sensor. To try to save me money and not have me spend unnecessary money, he cleaned off the corrosion (instead of replacing the part), and told me to monitor it for a few months to see if it permanently works, and to call him back if it doesn’t. Excellent service, and I felt he was truly working for my best interest. I work elsewhere in the trades, and I would highly recommend Lorens for his professionalism, promptness, and customer service! Lorans is amazing!!! He was so helpful! Last year first day of the heatwave we needed our A/C fixed and he came with in a few hours and had it up and running. He didn’t leave until he knew it was fixed and we were happy! He is beyond pleasant and honestly my go to guy! Couldn’t recommend him enough!!!!

Lorans and his team did an amazing job of installing our Furance in Dec. 2019. The furnace worked like a charm and just recently it started blowing cold air when we turned the heat on. AC fan wasn’t working and wasn’t blowing cold air. Lorans diagnosed and fixed it pretty quickly, and followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend him!

I hired Lorens to troubleshoot when my smart thermostat wasn't working. The screen was blank and I had no clue what the issue was. He was here within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issues, solved it and out the door within an hour. He even took time to check my air conditioning was running well and helped me connect my thermostat to my phone. Friendly, efficient, showed me the issue, identified future potential problems and provided advice. Even tolerated my dog who wanted some attention.Before recommending someone, I think to myself Would I have this person help my parents?" and the answer is unequivocally "yes". Not only will I use him again (although I hope I don't have to)
