Have has a number of issues with our fridge and oven and they've been really helpful with getting them fixed. Always on time and never have to wait too long for an appointment. Repair guy is great!

I had a new LG refrigerator and I mean NEW that I had purchased and the very next day the ice and water dispenser stopped working ! These guys came out and as it turned out it was just a loose connection behind the panel for the ice and water. So luckily it was a quick fix. Also the guy who came out was very professional AND friendly. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Did a very thorough job of fixing my dryer problem at a very affordable cost. Will use them for any other appliances that may need repairs. I highly recommend!

Kyle from Graham-Martin Mechanical was referred to us by our insurance company, to investigate the reason for our fridge causing water damage to our house. Prior to this, we had five different technicians from two different companies (sent by our fridge warranty company) come to our house to “fix” our fridge issue. None had been successful long term. Kyle spent the necessary time, truly investigated the issue and asked the questions. I truly wish we had him from the start as it would have saved us a lot of aggravation and cost. I will absolutely use them again for any repairs our appliances may need. Highly recommend them.

My front loading washer stopped working in the middle of my daily load of laundry. It went onto Graham-martin Mechical website, used the online book an appointment" for the next available time. An appointment was scheduled for the next morning. That is amazing service! I gave Kyle a few details of what was happening with the washer and he came prepared with what to look for. The problem was diagnosed accurately and the part was replaced that day. I was back to doing laundry that afternoon.
