Build It Again Ron

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We ordered backsplash tiles from this store. They came in and our installer started to install them and when he opened the 4th box, they were the wrong colour. They went to the store and showed the owner and he clearly saw that they were the wrong colour and called the company. He requested pictures of all the boxes to be emailed to him. I complied. He reassured us that he would take care of us and not to worry. The next day things were totally changed and the blame was placed on the installer. I had to pay the installer for a day’s work and all the tiles had to be removed. They would not reimburse us for the labour paid to our installer. This experience cost us $400 worth of labour. They refunded us the money for the tiles. We are out $400. No remorse or apologies from the owner. They do not care. Worst experience ever!

Wow! What a lovely staff. I really felt taken care of when I went to build it again Ron. I would go again to build it again. Every detail of my order was perfect! The thing I love the most is that they are family owned and have a passion for not what they do but for how my project will turn out! Id recommend them to everyone

Had a great experience here, stopped in to get to get paint to do the floors and walls in the basement. We were glad to know we were getting paint that was environmentally friendly, in 5 gallon pails and well priced, we had a lot to cover. I don't know if it was the owner or staff that helped us but they were a great help and my wife and I definitely plan on returning for our next project.

Staff is very friendly and prices were fair.Update**Previous issues that were being resolved" completely being swept under the rug. Cabinet was assembled incorrectly from the beginning

Exceptional customer service. Very nice selection of products. Not a big variety of different TYPES of products but what they do have there, there are several choices. Very happy with our purchase and will probably go back when we do our flooring. Prices are very competitive.
