The Agency Real Estate Brokerage

I had the displeasure of dealing with a one Jeff Wybo from this brokerage in the past year when looking at a Milestone home. I found his conduct unprofessional, be it his condescending tone, lack of respect and just general misogynist attitude. Is it because I am a women? My money and time are just a valuable as any other persons. Avoid this brokerage.

Best/Coolest location of any full service Real Estate Brokerage in London...that should tell you something.

The worst receptionist with rude attitudes.

They are only out for themselves and do not have the sellers or buyers best interest in mind

We had Kaela Marie Carter(old name Kaela Jackson) as our agent. She often no show to the meeting and didn't reply or answer the phone, email, and text msg. Disappeared for one year then show up the last day to get the check. The rebate and photography of the house she promised never happened. Now, She disappeared again. Talked to her broker Rachael Polakovic, but seems she was trying to cover her up. What she told us included in the contract was false. There are many discrepancies. It's very unethical and will never buy or sell any properties through this agency. Be aware!

Jeff Wybo is an innovative and trendsetting agent with the Agency. I would not hesitate to recommend his services if you're buying or selling real estate. His WyboLimo investment property tour is a great opportunity to see listings that haven't hit the market yet and connect with other investors.

Did not deal with this brokerage directly but was a buyer for one of their properties. Through the offer process they used a very unethical and greasy tactic to artificially scare prospective buyers in to offering more without knowing anything other than “you’re in the top 3 offers, do you want to do better?”.In this type of market with the amount of action there already is, engaging in this kind of practice is shady and unethical. No transparency from them as sellers and resorting to these practices to inflate the price even more in a hot market is ridiculous.Fear mongers and greasy sales people at their finest here. I will be avoiding any house they are selling in the future to avoid this type of unprofessional attitude towards selling...
