Customer service is pretty bad, called to get directions because my gps Confused me and they were pretty rude on the phone saying that If I was tiny bit late they wouldn't see me as they were very busy ( I wasn't late)My hairdresser complained that my hair were humid and that I really needed to dry them before coming for my extensions ( I called earlier to ask if I needed to do anything special but they said no) I had to blow dry my hair by myselfMy hairdresser left me around 15 times to go open the door for clients looking to buy magnetic lashes, and multiple times to answer the phoneShe wasn't concentrated on my head at all.It took 1.5 ish more hours than where I usually go.She was supposed to straighten my hair which she didn't do, she just used a big row of hair at the same time and passed the iron on it really quickOver all , very poor customer service. I get my hair done every 1-2 months and I went there because my regular is on holiday but would NOt recommand to anyone

I’m sure they are the best at extensions.. but truly one of the worst customers service I’ve lived in a very long time :(So disappointing:(

Georgesca did an amazing job!!Great after service!! I definately recommend you go there. :)I had extensions elsewhere 3 weeks before and lost half of them the first week and they didn't even guarantee them.

Horrible staff, not polite,rude, and make you feel uncomfortable from the moment you walk in, they stare you down. I went to buy hair extensions and one of the girls working there was so unpleasant,clearly doesn’t seem to enjoy her job, she then told me she could not sell me the hair extensions unless i had a certificate of hairdresser??I don’t recommend this place.

i have very bad experiences in your salon today.very bad customer services.i was a client for past 3 years.i went to do my highlights today.i ask for dark brown , after its done it was kind of a red color. the way they treat me was very bad .funny thing was they didn't wash my hair full

I started to see Sarah at AB for a few years now. All I can say is that she's AMAZING! She really knows her stuff. Very professional too. I would recommend Sarah at AB to anyone who is looking to have extensions.....everyone there is friendly & professional.

Best place to get your hair done from Color ,kératine to Extentions they are really professional and best quality!!! 5 star recommended highly , they have the best quality hair extensions as well I have never had them done as good as they do it here :-) love ❤️

I read the review and I thought I was going to get a good set of extensions. Well they look awful and are noticeable from a mile away. The extensions are a totale different texture of my hair. Wasted almost a thousand bucks on those terrible extensions. Now I always have my hair in a braid or a bun because I'm so self conscious about my ugly extensions. If you hair isn't bone straight or you have thick hair then don't waste you're money ;). And I'm not talking about curly, my hair is barely wavy at my ends and it look awful.they're extensions only look good on thin super straight hair.
