My mother-in-law was discriminated against, refused service because the audiologist, Émilie Paquin, dislikes anyone that is not French, despite my mother in law being fluent in both English and French. She was combative, so unbelievably rude and Émilie gave her every single run around to not move forward with the appointment, despite my mother in law having the referral from her own doctor, testing and all other relevant documentation needed.She requested her paperwork be drafted in English (as is her legal right) and this was not respected either.It is so unfortunate that even in 2022, people can be treated so awfully because they have an Italian family name or speak French with an accent.Avoid the headache and go to any other business, where you won’t be treated so awfully.

Experience exceptionnelle. Mme Hamel est professionnelle à 150%. Donne beaucoup de temps pour ajuster et aider avec les prothèses, que ce soit celles de la RAMQ ou achetées. Chercher à nous donner le plus de confort possible avec nos prothèses. Patiente devant mes nombreuses questions. Je recommande chaleureusement.
