We just completed a new rural build and I can't express how elated I was with our experience with Flooring Superstores Red Deer, and in particular Ron MacDonald who went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality. He exceeded our expectations with his knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them and would give more stars if possible... excellent customer service!

Flooring Superstores in gasoline alley was an amazing experience. Right from Ron-sales to Jeff-estimator to install by Mitch and Brandon. They worked with us to get what we needed in a time crunch and offered flexible finance options.Mitch and Brandon were so efficient and clean, friendly and happy to be on the job. They did a complete install of our modified bi-level over a variation of surfaces. Tile, hardwood,cement and layed subflooring where needed.I cannot say enough about the whole process. One of the smoothest in our whole renovation.Thank you guys and we will absolutely be recommending you all in the future.

Absolutely the worst place to deal with ever! Installers left a mess of the stair stringers and hid the left over scraps in my laundry room. Would never recommend this outfit to anyone!

I wanted to thank Jeff Shepherd, Ishmal, and the entire staff at Flooring Superstores for making my wife a very happy person. She is extremely pleased with the job and effort that Jeff and Ishmal did on our new flooring. We had a flood on Sept long weekend which ruined most of the upstairs and downstairs floor coverings. Insurance gave us an allowance to spend and Jeff made sure to get us into the very best materials possible that were within our budget. This was an absolute disaster. I fully regret using and supporting this company.After I put my deposit down the service took a big turn for the worst. I was asked if I wanted to pay for my furniture to be moved and I agreed thinking nothing of it.After the vinyl plank was put in I discovered that all my walls had been damaged. My baseboards were missing, some were put in the wrong places and upside down.I called the owner/manager and we set up a time for him to come and take a look. I showed him all of the damage and how my baseboards were put back on and he started to get angry raising his voice telling me that his guys wouldn’t have done this. Insinuating it was myself. I then told him I would not be paying him the remaining fees until this was fixed. He yelled at me “ see you in court”. This is when I asked him to leave my homeLong story short I ended up paying but had to search for a handyman to do the repairs.Very disappointing when you spend almost 10,000. This place is definitely lacking customer service skills.

Great job, quick service and over $600 cheaper then the carpet guy in Sylvan Lake...we only got a single flight of stairs done. Will repeat!!
