Having an advance check in system and text updates is a great feature.......if it were accurate. I got a 78 minute wait time and arrived 10 minutes before my time as recommended by the website. Got a 10 minute wait time update by text and was content. Until I had to wait nearly another hour before actually getting in. If your wait times are increasing as you take people in you should text them in advance to avoid frustration. Once I finally got in I was satisfied with the friendly staff and expert handling. Hope you get your prebooking system figured out soon as I never had these problems when using another lab and was trying yours out as it is more convenient......geographically anyhow.

I went in for blood work, receptionist was friendly and kept checking for my requisition to go through their system. The lady that did my blood was very nice and quick. She kept making sure I’m feeling ok. I originally checked in online, it was a 30 minutes wait, arrived at the place 5 minutes before.

I’m only giving two stars because the lady who actually took my blood was very sweetI’m going through fertility testing, which requires a lot of bloodwork to be taken for the initial test. Right from the second I walked in a felt like I was a pain. I understand being tired and being busy but I had let her know I checked in online and she immediately said get back into the hallway. There’s signs everywhere saying to let them know I checked in online. So then she came out and I handed her my requisitions which were 6 pages… again, doing fertility testing which is a lot! She was going through it then said the one panel I submitted she’d never seen, I said it’s for hormones. Anyway so she lets me into the waiting room.. I sit down and she checks another person in, then walks over my paperwork and says to the lady who keys in the requisitions “oh, I’ve got a good one for you, a 6 pager!” Then they continue complaining about my lengthy requisition. The lady who was keying it into the computer kept making comments about how she’s got a book and it’s going to take her a while .. then when the lady came to take the requisitions to do my bloodwork, the lady who keyed in said, oh I have a book for you, this one is a six pager. I wouldn’t have normally cared but they made me feel as though I was imposing, and their tone was condescending. I did not love how they made me feel when in reality, they are just doing their job. I don’t feel it is acceptable to be that unprofessional in front of patients and complain about having to do your job.Now after having thought about it, I do think that I need to have some compassion as I am certain that the last two years have been super hard for anyone working in the healthcare field.I am going to leave this up though as I think it is important to learn from as it is not professional to say things like this in front of patients and complain about doing your job.

Registered ahead of time to avoid long wait. Took 15 min for the whole process. Very friendly staff.

Checked in online , I was in and out in 5 mints max while there was a big crowd waiting . They are following good covid precautions . Thankyou for your service .

Terrible service. Did the online login to avoid multi hour waiting times. Walked in and told them I had an appointment, she said to go to the back of the line... the line that extends out the entire building. After receiving another text from their reminder service I tried again and got told back of the line Again this time with more attitude. I guess these guys assume we all have endless hours. 1.5 hours later I have missed my “appointment” that clearly never was. Why even offer an appointment service if you don’t intend on using it!?My suggestion to everyone is use the other guys that offer the same services.

Expressed My uneasy"feeling towards needles and how I usually feel faint after having blood work. I was then provided care by Jeannie who took my blood and MY God -she was amazing. I felt great after the needle -Got up and was on my way. Will be returning to this location and specifically to Jeannie. My Husband also had her and said he hardly felt anything!"

Was in on Friday afternoon and had a wonderful experience with the lab tech. She was quick, efficient and very personable. I am terrified of needles and she made the experience so easy and relaxing for me. We had a couple of good laughs while I was getting blood drawn and it helped a lot. Highly recommend this lab and the staff.
