Had a side window on my 4650 that was farmered by previous owner that blew out. Was worried about the availability and cost of replacement But these guys come through for me Not only did they get the window for me in a few days but had all the screws and new washers available as well and the cost was very reasonable I’m impressed. Parts that available for a 40 year old machine Awesome service guys. Glad to see you like green tractors as much as me.

We took our tractors to Western Tractor, Lethbridge to participate in the Performax program. And we took them 1100 kms.one way to do so! Yes, it’s costly, both ourselves and Western Tractor understand costs but in this partnership we gain the confidence of their professional work, parts and counsel. Long standing issues were corrected. Hidden or potential problems were identified and remedied. We have faith and confidence in these folks and now in our machines. That faith will now propel us through seeding, on to haying and finally into the fall work.Well done Western Tractor! We’re coming back!!

We have a 7 year relationship with the service and parts department now. They know our equipment very well now. Going through our equipment in great detail has reduced our in season down time so we can keep going when we need to. When it does go down mid season, they have always got us up and running within 24 hours.

Absolutely awesome service. I also really like the kind and respectful workers. I’d recommend anyone to go here if u need anything for a John Deere machine.
