Worst experience with them…. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Made my nails looking soo ugly.. poor customer service

Please avoid this place at all costs, they are very unprofessional and will start yelling at random customers. They started shouting at a sweet girl infront of me when she was simply asking for a service that they could’ve responded yes or no to!! HORRIBLE PLACE

I went in with my friend to get my nails done at 4:50 and the staff was super rude and unwelcoming when the lady started doing my nails she didn’t prep my natural nails properly and she quickly glued on the tips and didn’t file them down properly and then the lady put the acrylic powder on and it got all over my hands was super unprofessional. When she was filing the acrylic down she cut my finger and tried rubbing my finger to hide the blood but I eventually found out when I washed my hands, and then the lady left mid appointment to help another client and then had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come finish my nails and then when I pointed out that two of the nails were supposed to be ombré they started lying and saying that it was just the lighting in the photo. They over all took 2 hours to do my nails and they charged me $80 for basically plain nails. Super bad experience DONT come here.the only good person who worked here was lily and even she left

I went to TD nails a couple of days ago for a pedicure and was not happy with the service at all. First, the girl had me put my feet in the burning water immediately and didn’t even let it soak like they usually do. Hardly a minute into having my feet dipped in the water, she asked me to take them out so she could start. She spent less than 5 minutes scrubbing my feet and cleaning the cuticles. Quickly put on the pain coat and was done within 15 minutes - a process that easily takes about 30 minutes. I am not at all happy with the service yesterday and now have to spend double the amount of money to get another pedicure.

I went in yesterday for a pedi and acrylic set. I noticed right away how dirty the place was. It was 12pm on a Friday and not a single person in there which I thought was strange. The floors and the walls have dust and dirt all over them. I had the older man do my nails and the older lady did my pedi. Second toe in and she cut the side with the clippers (it’s now red and swollen) the man also cut my cuticles multiple times and under my nails( which is also now red and swollen) while filing. Besides all the tiny cuts on my fingers my finger nails turned out ok but my toe nails polish is cracking already.not worth the pain and experience for sure. I will never be back to this place.

Do not recommend this place anymore .I used to be a regular there but the service has gone worse .Whenever I'm there there are new faces . The girl who did my pedi today needs to do a proper job. Paid $45 for shellac pedi, need the service to be decent and clean . This is the second time I've been there and she didn't rinse my feet with clean water. First time I didn't say anything but today I pointed it out for a clean rinse and she gave me attitude and sprayed water my feet sitting up on the foot rest. And not even a proper rinse . Bad customer service

WORST experience ever! I use to go here all the time for my nails before covid and lasy who use to do my nails was really good. I went today after so long and i’m so disappointed. First they did have the color i wanted but other lasy use to make same color for u doesn’t matter what, can’t remember her name. Then, nail shape filling nothing was good and color disn’t came out great but she no honey it will be close to what you want, it was not at all. Always talk in their language which is disrespectful for clients. Don’t know how to communicate. People were waiting for aboit 20-30 min even though they had appointments. 0 ratings for sure! Awful!!!

Just went in today. They asked to me sit in the seat for my nails. Started doing my nails. As she was doing my 3rd nail. Someone walks into the shop and my nails which were done were then cut off. As I was told to leave the place as there appointment has arrived late. Why was I told to sit if she had an appointment. I never rushed and begged to be seen. She said I am free please sit down. I would request every single lady to please boycott this place. She have most terrible service ever. Even worst than least rated spa in vancouver.

I heard a good review on this place and saw the bad reviews on here but decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment, walked in and was greeted and didn’t even have to wait. The lady I had was super nice and would ask me if I was okay with the length, shape, colour throughout the process. Their prices have been updated compared to online so for reference I got almond shaped acrylic nails for $45 not including tax and tip. Will come back again!

I just paid 90$ for getting most ugly nails done. I would never recommend this place. The lady who did nails was not professional at all. I am sharing pictures how she finished up my nails.
