Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My dealings with enterprise have always been great! Staff is always cordial and professional. They take good care of your needs and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Well organized and trained to get you in and out with no hassle.They even picked my wife and I up from our apartment and brought us to get the car rental! My first choice to rent a car from.

I will never deal with this company again, I scheduled a rental a month ahead of time knowing that the vehicle I needed was often in demand. When I arrived on my pick up date, they did not have a vehicle for me, I was told that they do not rent those vehicles from this location and they had called us to cancel. They called and left a voice-mail 3 days before we were scheduled to leave, a voice-mail which I did not get. Instead of being helpful the employee at the desk was less than useful, she did not offer to find us another vehicle near by, or get one to us via some other means, needless to say I left less than thrilled. Then I called customer support, and spoke with a gentleman who of course due to the short notice could not find me a vehicle, and promised to have a regional manager speak with me. I have never received that call, I was able to source a beat up vehicle from another rental company and my trip is now over successfully with no assistance from Enterprise! Why was I able to schedule a rental that supposedly that location doesn't carry? Why didn't the desk employee help me? Why didn't the customer service rep help me? Why didn't the regional manager ever call me? Why would anyone do business with this company? I am done with you Enterprise!

I rented at this location in advanceThe day that I was suppose to pick the car up,Josh called and said they were out of cars. I really needed the car because I was headed out of town the next day for a very special time. There was no empathy or no help in seeing what can be done. I haven't even heard from anyone. I even called the office District manager and left a message and I have yet to hear back. I always have issues with this location but I still try to give them a chance since they are so close to my home. This is thee last straw. They will no longer get my business. Thank you Budget for being accommodating to me in my time of need

This branch has been SO HELPFUL! In the middle of a blizzard they picked us up at home when our car was in the shop. Now that's great service!! Staff is friendly and accommodating! Good place to do business with!

I’m very happy with my experience dealing with Enterprise car rental. I had a fast check-in and was happy with the selection of vehicles they had.Tyler Cunniff was pleasure to work with and even brushed off the snow on my rental before I got in. A day later he gives me a followup phone call to make sure I was still happy with my rental. I can honestly say Hertz never did either of those things when I rented from them. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise in the future.

First off,…We are currently in the middle of getting our car fixed at Gabes collision because of a hit-and-run. (We caught the driver). We have had our rental car from enterprise for 35 days. Luckily the other drivers insurance is paying the bill. Long story,… we recently had a newborn daughter and my wife was on maternity leave. The morning of the accident was my wife’s first day back to work. I spoke with Josh over the phone (store manager), and he was extremely helpful. Because it was my wife’s first day back to work, we needed a vehicle right away and we did not exactly have the time to go pick it up and move car seats. Josh was able to deliver the rental to our house while I was on daddy day care duty. If you ever need a rental or you get into an accident, be sure to speak with Josh! 5-STAR service. We are still waiting for our vehicle to be fixed but Josh was also there when I needed to speak with him about an issue with the rental. I’m sure it will go smoothly when we return the rental as well.As far as Gabes collision goes, we’ll see…. We’ve been waiting 32 days for the car to be fixed. It is taking a bit to get parts for it. Hoping soon.
