The service person had familiarity with the problem and was an easy fix.The deliverers of the clothes front load washer, failed to remove the shipping bolts at the back which prevented the spin cycles to be smooth and quiet, which it is now. Thanks !

I recently toured the property, and I must say, it is truly impressive. The units are remarkably spacious, offering ample room for comfortable living. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional management team. They are truly amazing and go above and beyond to address any inquiries or concerns one may have. Their willingness to assist and provide prompt responses is highly commendable

I am impressed by the quality of the maintenance workers.I have had many different problems and they have all been dealt with in a professional manner showing me respect.,From dishwasher,to under the sink,to blinds, to heat and cold issue and others., all have been solved.The one issue that has not been solved is the snow removal from the patio. It snowed ,then froze then snowed again causing a build up of ice which made it extremely slippery.it takes approx. 10 minutes to shovel a path to the door so it should be done.

Amazing Service! I put in a maintenance request and within minutes the technician was at my door, fixed the problem immediately, cleaned the area and gave me good suggestions on how to deal with issues in the future. Great Friendly Service.

We visited Widdicombe Hill today. It is a nice building. EVA showed us the available units. She is very kind and friendly also very helpful and supportive. EVA did everything for us to make the best decision. She answered all our questions with patience and smile. She showed us different units and put a lot of time and effort. GURWINDER helped us very much with the information about units before our visit and managed us an in-person tour. Thank you so much EVA and GURWINDER I wish you the best.

If you are looking for a well kept apartment building that maintains their units and tenants, then this is not the place. Yes, the units are spacious but the WORK ORDERS NEVER GET FULFILLED. Orian Property Management will ignore your emails and any work order requests you need completed! It has been over 6 months from my initial request. I've emailed several times and NO REPLIES.YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET HERE...!My next step is to report them to BBB!
