I am beyond words how compassionate, loving and the amount of respect shown to my beautiful fur baby bacardi. My Boston deserved the best passing possible and going to the vet was not an option, I wanted her home, relaxed and surrounded by love. Dr.Mold and Heather provided that and much much more! I heard about them through PetFriends which is another amazing place and the amount of respect they have for your fur babies is amazing!.Dr.Mold and Heather explained to me step by step and went with Bacardis pace, they're was no annoyances or okay we haveto get this done with" as you see in many vet offices. Heather and Katy came to euthanize my beloved very sick cat last month. It's the 3rd time in my life that I've used a home service, and I am so grateful that I chose Compassion Vet. I found their resources really helpful, and their on-site work very generous and sensitive. They were also the most affordable service I found (at $575 including transport, cremation and taxes). Heather and Katy also supported my grieving process with some very thoughtful aftercare.I highly recommend doing end-of-life care for your pet at home if you can afford it. It's so much nicer for us humans, and for our animals. And while I imagine most people in this business are kind souls, I highly recommend going with Compassion Vet.

These two wonderful people came to us recently, on a Sunday. It was a very, very sad day, to see Kramer our beloved, adorable Bichon leave us, after 14 years. It had been a difficult and upsetting few short days of dramatic deterioration: I was dreading it. But as soon as they entered the apartment there was an incredible, almost magical, atmosphere they brought that transformed our parting into something very special.They immediately made us feel relaxed and Kramer seems to love them.He actually perked up, they were so good with him.They gave him treats and he seemed so happy. These ladies ensured that we understood every step of the procedure, to minimize any anxiety.In the end, after he had passed, they left us with our beloved boy to say goodbye. It was both overwhelming and liberating.I cannot adequately express in words how great they were. If I could give ten out of five I would. More than merely professionals, they completely understood and respected both us and our boy, and what they did will remain with me forever.In addition, we just received the most touching handwritten, personalised card, with such beautiful, poetic words, it made us cry.Above and beyond any expectation I had. If one could ever describe such a difficult thing as a wonderful experience, this was it.Thank you, thank you, thank you.
