I just treated myself to a manicure and pedicure (volcano green apple and aloe) which provides an extensive leg and feet massage it was excellent. The service was great and I really enjoyed it. At $80 it is worth the money. My only reason for giving 4 stars is the premises are fairly small for the number of chairs and it wasn't easy walking between manicure stations and pedicure chairs to access the waxing room , especially as I have to use a cane. I usually use my walker but there isn't room at this facility to do that.Having said that I will be booking a facial shortly.

Brought my fiance here for his first ever pedicure and even if he hates the nail polish (I told him it was MANDATORY) the experience was well worth it!Hands... Uhh, feet down, the best pedi I've had in years.Kudos to Lily, Coco, and Anna.Delivering a top notch service that is worth every penny!

The customer services is amazing here. I have been to various places but this one is a gem. Definitely one of the best spots for mani and Pedi in Mississauga. Will be my regular go to spot from now on. Thank you Kemi for the great experience, loved it and I will highly recommend it.

Super happy with the service and my nails! I get Bio-gel and I haven’t looked back.I originally came in early 2023 with short thin nails. Anna offered Bio-gel to have a natural look but with a strong foundation, while they grow. Now my nails are long almond shaped, strong and beautiful!!!

Today I phoned Organic Nail to check the cost of simply removing shellac nail polish from my hands. They told me it would be $10.When I arrived I noticed that the place is NOT clean but I was already there and the service was just removal of polish. Typically, in previous experiences with Shellac removal, a nail polish remover is applied, tin foil is wrapped around the finger to speed up the processing, then the tin foil is removed and the shellac nail polish is scraped off. Organic Nail did not use this process. Organic Nail used several different sanding tools over and over and over on my nails. When I left my nails were a mess. So thin and in taters. I had to go home and cut them as short as possible because they were paper thin and jagged.If that is not bad enough, the girl charged me $20. When I objected she said every treatment is unique" and that is what she charged me!In summary

I went in to get a set of bio gel nails. I also got a simple design which took her maybe 5 minutes to do. It cost me $113.00 plus tip. I asked her about it and the simple design cost $35 on top of the full set of bio gel nails. That was extremely over priced. I get my nails done all the time and NEVER have I paid that much!!! They don’t tell you until you pay.

This place is the best! I’ve been going here for the past six years- twice a month for shellac manicure and once a month for pedicure and I’ve never had a bad experience. I took my three year old for a pedicure for fun and they made a really big deal about it and made her feel so special. They become like a second family over time. It’s a great place to go and I’ve recommended friends and family

Went to this salon for a manicure and pedicure for an appointment booked for my friend and I at 7.When I got there the store was locked and I was let in by an employee and she began to do my nails. My friend showed up and they told her we didn’t have her appointment in the book. So my friend didn’t get her nails done.My artist was rushing through my manicure and I could see dust and bubbles in my shellac layers. I mentioned this and and her fix was to paint over the nails. My nails look like marshmallows.My pedicure took a long time as she was the only employee and took another persons appointment to remove their nails. By the time she came back to me she was annoyed and rushing. The nail polish on my toes is uneven and splotchy.At the end of this I paid around 150$ that is insane for the level of service I received. I would never return here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I booked an appointment at organic nail beauty, and when I got there the door was locked. I knocked and said hi. My appointment is with my friend at 7 o’clock. There was only one technician there and she said yeah sure come in and started doing my nails.My friend got there a couple minutes later and she was turned away because apparently they lost her appointment but the tech said yes to me that the appointment was there, which was very confusing.I could tell that we were probably doing the appointment outside of operational hours which they should have disclosed when we booked it.The lady rushed through my nails, and when I said that there was some blemishes on the shellac, she kinda laughed it off and just painted another coat over all of that. At this point I was kind of disappointed in the quality of nails that I was getting, but this lady was rushing and it was already really late and I could tell she was getting annoyed with me.I ended up paying for something that I really wished I did not get and I was kind of gaslighted when I complained about how the nails looked so I wouldn’t go back here again.If you are overbooked, or if you can’t take an appointment, say so in advance, opposed to having me sit through a session and be very unhappy with nails and it wasn’t cheap. It was very pricey for the quality that was provided.

Everything was going well then when they asked me to sit to dry my toe nails I sat on a chair on wheels and the floors were marble. I only moved about an inch with my toes under the drier and I flew backwards off the chair hitting the marble floor hardI have a huge bruise on the right side of my bottom and cut my elbow open. Muscles pulled all down my right side and arm/ hand.3 workers came running ti help me up. They fixed my nails but nothing else accept I said I’m in huge pain and need a bandage.When leaving they wanted 50 dollars normal pedicure organic polish so they say. I said come on. No way , she said , well you were too short for the chair what you want ?Wow. Never again going there. I paid 35 still too much plus tax !!Keep clear is my advice
