I have been using services of Rollback Travel for many years. Honestly speaking, best customer service, very affordable price and peace of mind. They also send you reminder text or email with regard to your return flight information as well.Recently i had a family emergency, needed to book the tickets to India Contacted Remy at 12 am, he was very helpful, stayed through night working on getting our tickets booked. I had the best experience with Remy. I booked my ticket with Rollback Travel during the most difficult Covid times.Remy offered me an unbelievable ticket price even during the high season which was impressive. And during my return, I got stuck due to Covid and I could not board my flight. Things were crazy and no tickets were available for weeks; but Remy kept looking for available ticket for me day and night and found me a ticket with minimal loss to me. worst service. agent wouldn't even disclose his name. If you're working for a company that has customer service, you should be able to communicate with your customers efficiently .

Sent kids first time alone, got personal support and he followed up status of kids till they returned from back home. Would recommend since no one cares once you book tickets, but he was there till the end.Thanks
