Griffin Jewellery Designs - Lambton Mall

After having the worst experience at another jewelry store, I walked across to Griffin. As I was explaining what had just happened almost in tears the sweet young worker went and got her assistant manager Shirley. Shirley was not only empathetic, but gentle, compassionate and took the time to listen to me. She offered possible solutions on helping me remedy what should have been a very exciting day for me that had just been stomped on by the other store. Shirley is absolutely LOVELY! She is exactly how someone in customer service should be. I also spoke with Meghan to find out where things were since my visit in store, she was just as amazing! These ladies have restored my faith that I will have my dream wedding set. It just so happens to be in your store. Thank you ladies so much for being compassionate and knowledgeable and making me feel heard and valued as a potential customer. Give these girls a raise♥️

Terrible service!! Very rude and aggressive when I called to find out when my engagement ring would be sized since it's already been an entire month. Simple customer service skills clearly do not apply here! Thanks for making this such a wonderful experience....NOT!

My sisters boyfriend purchased a ring from this establishment & when my sister attempted to have the ring sized the ring was returned to her with the original band replaced with a much cheaper one & EVERY DIAMOND was missing that was on the ring when it was purchased she must now wait another week for the error" they caused would not recommend"

Meaghan was amazing with helping us pick out an engagement ring. She took her time and had fun allowing me to try on all the different styles. She was straight forward and honest about her opinions and pricing. I highly recommend going to griffins in the lambton mall and see meaghan! :)

Had by far the most amazing experience and definitely will be going back amazing staff I can’t remember the lady‘s name but I think she’s the owner she definitely made me feel like a princess when I was picking out my ring. May I mention amazing pricing as well.

Griffin is the ONLY store I will buy my jewelery from. The prices are great, the service is amazing. The staff are soo friendly and helpful (and extremely knowledgeable!) The manager Megan actually helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and I didn't even know I was looking for it! Every staff I have dealt with has been really good and I really appreciate it!

Amazing experience! I've purchased three pieces , two rings and a BEAUTIFUL pair of full carat diamond earrings. Meghan was great and let me try on so many rings for literally two years until I had the guts to purchase one. So so I love with my ring and will be back for more on sure!

Was in the store on Tuesday to bring in my ring my husband had purchased at Christmas time and was disappointed that they charged me for the sizing,never have i had to pay for such a thing when purchased anywhere else
