Worst customer service ever. I tried several of time to reach them by email, messenger and by phone to get a service appointement (extra warranty), I never got answer. Very desapointed. Avoid RD

I don't know about other RD stores but this one was stunning. I talked to Samdrine on the phone and she was brilliant! She walked me through step by step in regards to contacting the support team for a missing item in my order. I was frustrated up until I talked to her. This is my first time visit and I would suggest this place to my friends.

We bought a sectional and a washer and dryer set and just hope the quality of what we bought will match the customer service skills of our consultant. The best customer service in a long time from Eduardo! Congratz on being a professional! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, Eduardo knew exactly how to behave in order to make us want to buy from RD. I wish more sales persons would be like him!

They have a nice variety of couches. Somewhat limited on their tv stands. The place just opened and there's lots of room left for additional stock, so won't be too long until we get a good idea on their style. Looking forward to that.

Everything I bought from there is garbage I bought a washer broke down after a week my TV was supposed to be a smart tv and it wasn't my couch the springs are all popping out all bought in 2020
