I love this place. Stopped for coffee during a ride. Loved the cappuccino and the smoked salmon bagel, took a look at the bike gear, and sat outside in the patio with other cyclists, great vibe! And they have craft beer on tap too! Can't get better than that!

Very cool atmosphere, and great guys working there. They didn't have a part I needed in stock unfortunately, but getting the part on a Saturday night was a hail Mary anyway.Will definitely be back for a coffee/dessert/ice cream.

Stopped in to check out the bike accessories. The shop is very nice and they have a good range of items.The helmets in stock are quite nice and I'll be back in the spring to see what new stock comes in.Didn't try out the coffee and food but the café side looked very nice, cozy, and welcoming.Worth stopping in!

Nate and his team's knowledge and genuine passion for mountain biking make each visit to Flow State well worth it. Whether it's going for a pre-ride/ mid ride coffee, a post ride beer, purchasing a bike or getting my questions answered about bike parts, they always exceed my expectations every time.I recently purchased a Santa Cruz bike from Flow State and it has changed my riding game. I have noticed instant progression and could not be more stoked on my bike and the experience entire of the purchase.I highly recommend this shop for your mountain bike needs and post ride brews.

I was biking with a friend on the weekend and he recommended that we stop at this place on Arkell. I was amazed at how the owners of the great little Store/Cafe have ticked all the right boxes for the best biking stop. I was impressed by the great coffee, baking, ice cream and drinks. This is the best rest stop that I can imagine and obviously I am not alone in this perspective because there were at least 50 other cyclists there. Bravo Nate and crew. You nailed it.

Finally made it out to Flowstate as we were cruising through on our way camping.Super super friendly staff. Sausage roll and smoke salmon bagel were amazing and just what we needed to fuel us on to our final destination. Cold beer on a great patio what else do you need…..oh yeah bike repairs, supplies , and a rad stock of bikes.If you haven’t made it up there yet go go go. Even if it’s just to bring the kiddos for some ice cream.Thanks for saying hi Nate , we will be back. If my wife has her way it’ll be every other day haha.
