Public Market in Saint-Hyacinthe
Great public market at the heart of downtown St-Hyacinthe.The place is old and full of history, also being renovated at this moment.Most vendors are permanent and offer quality specialty products: fresh produce, bakery, fine chocolate, meat products, etc.Parking is the biggest challenge there, as is with most of the older St-Hyacinthe by the river.

Nice market. Maybe a little small. Chocolate Croissant I had was probably the best I've ever had though it looked pretty average.
