Nissan Murano 2018I’m leaving this review because I felt it important to let others know that I had a very positive experience when I purchased my 2018 Nissan Murano S FWD from 401 Dixie Nissan a couple weeks ago. I checked the reviews on this dealership and it was mostly positive and the majority of negative reviews seemed to come from the after sale service department. I admit that this made me nervous but I wanted to buy from an authorized Nissan dealer and this dealership had the SUV I was searching for with more than I had hoped. The next day I was able to go see and test drive the vehicle which by the way was booked for me around 4 am after I sent a booking request around 11pm the day prior. I really appreciated the after work hours response. Response times were excellent with my whole experience be it email, text or calls. My salesperson was the leasing manger Shoaib and he went above and beyond in responding to my requests and concerns such as getting the vehicle up on a hoist for me to properly examine the underbody and providing me with all the details involving the purchase of this vehicle where I felt there was no vagueness or intentional omissions. I was treated like I was as important and valued as much as someone buying a brand new vehicle. I was really impressed with his service and attention in helping me to make an informed decision. As such the decision was made to buy, and now I was off to the finance manager Rahul, who offered the same exceptional service and even extra financial advice. He really knew his trade and I was not left confused or in the dark about any aspect of the sale and again I never felt that he had somewhere else he needed to be. A few days later, my vehicle was picked up, paperwork finalized and I was back home 1 hour away. After having the vehicle in my possession for a couple days, I contacted 401 Dixie Nissan about a few concerns I wanted them to take a look at and rectify. The Service Manager, Waqas and the Sales Manager, Zohaib who were very apologetic, became involved in correspondence with me about these things and promptly had me bring the vehicle back in and gave me a loaner in its place. Aside, from the hours of commuting I had to do being an hour away, they did much more than I expected and it was worth the driving and inconvenience. I picked my vehicle up a couple days later, for the second time and I was so very pleased with the service 401 Dixie Nissan gave me post-purchase. Their motto of service excellence and customer satisfaction was definitely present and then some. I highly recommend 401 Dixie Nissan if you are looking to buy used or new. I came away from the whole experience feeling very positive about it all and confident that if I had any issues in the future, that Waqas, Shoaib, Rahul and Zohaib, would do all they could to assist me. My experience was five star! Thanks to all at 401 Dixie Nissan, the whole team who worked together to make my dream a reality!

They dont even deserve 1 star... Horrible experience!My father had gone taking a day off to get his car serviced. He had initially booked an appointment. However, once he arrived... he was told to have a seat until an advisor calls him upfront. Almost an hour later no one did and turns out they had closed their service department and gone home.After realizing what had just happened my father asked the gentleman that initially advised him to take a seat what's going on?" His response to my father was "we will have to book another appointment..."Where is the customer service ?! There is no room for such behavior... Horrible experience. We are never giving this dealership our business again. They have no communication skills and no respect for ones time.Please reconsider before going to them. Take your business to another nissan dealer."

Went to enquire about new Nissan Sentra and the sales representative Ghufran was excellent in explaining the features about the car and very friendly. I almost got in touch with most Nissan dealers around this area and this showroom is best I feel in terms of competitive pricing when it comes to lease or financing.

I bought my car from them in the autumn of 2021 and it was a terrific experience and 2nd time buying a Nissan from them in 7 years. However, their customer service in the parts/service department needs work. I've called a number of times in regards to how long certain services would take such as tire replacement and oil change but no one ever picks up nor calls back when I leave messages. Even though I have over half a dozen free oil changes, I'd rather pay for them at this point. They get 5 stars for actually sales service but 1 star for auto parts service.

Bought a used vehicle here a few months back buying experience was not satisfactory basically a take it or leave it mentality no negotiating. had to reach out multiple times during the financing process to get updates as communication was not a thing. Was given a date and time to do paperwork ended up waiting two and a half hours to get anything done fast forward a month took the truck into my local dealer for a noise ended up needing $6300 in repairs for a rear differential no problem I bought the aftermarket warranty turns out they didn’t register it that took over three weeks to sort out hmmm fishy lucky the truck was a okay deal and I drove well over an hour to get it definitely would not buy here again

We travelled for this dealership as it got a lot of good reviews, but when we showed up to look at the car, it was completely scratched up, had been in an accident (which they tried to hide, we requested the carfax and saw the accident on there), the one gentleman we dealt with seemed to know the car, but only wanted to give us the answers we wanted to hear. When asked about things like insurance, he would give us a number and when we said it seemed high, he asked what we paid and then he said it should be around that. When asking about the numbers with the car, the interest did not match up with what the site said. The representative tried to argue with us saying we wouldn’t find better on interest rate (which we have and still continue to find)Overall, this dealership was kind of a waste of time. Their site isn’t accurate, there used cars are not worth it. I understand peoplePleasing but give accurate numbers and answers so that people know what they are buying before they come in

This is our first car and our sales consultant Ash Khan assisted us. We were lucky to have a rarest color. The entire team of Nissan have been immensely helpful and Ash was super patient with our questions

The five stars are for Mo or Mohamad Muhsen! It is because of his excellent customer centric approach and the way he explained the features of the car that we signed on the dotted line ! After visiting three previously : infinity , Mazda, Kia in the vicinity and still in the exploratory mode, we walked into Nissan , and after the test drive we were hooked

Never get your car serviced here. None of the service advisors understand what they’re talking about and will refuse to honour Nissan’s OWN warranty/roadside assistance policies. Not one person called me to update me on the status of my vehicle, I had to call to find out what was going on. They also made it an absolute ordeal to get a refund on the service they shouldn’t have charged me for to begin with. It is absolutely embarrassing for “Canada’s #1 Nissan Dealership” to have to call head office to be advised on warranty policies. Awful service and misinformed employees.
