Generation Fertility is amazing. Dr Lai is a wonderful doctor who never rushes on consults and takes the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. She is also very respectful on whatever decisions we have chosen to make on our fertility journey. The staff will remember your name. I like how the nurses answer all my questions via email or in person very thoroughly. I recently went for a procedure and felt very well taken care off with staff holding my hand when I was uncomfortable. If you are looking for a place to help you in this tough journey called infertility, Generation Fertility is the place to go!

I have truly been blessed by the entire team at Generation Fertility. Dr Gurau was patient and clear in his communication with us. He allowed us to make decisions that were right for us but always had sound advice. It was a long road for us but the nurses, receptionists, and technicians were always friendly and I came to rely on their support. I highly recommend for anyone on this journey.

Sunny the receptionist is rude sometimes it just depends on her mood I guess!Sometimes she's nice sometimes they ain't helpful at all for example if you have a kid waiting in the car and I told them to call me when my turn is coming she's like well mmm I don't know I can't do it and then I had to request her and then she said ok!!They gotta be easy on people as this is a clinic people are going through so much stress already that's why they are here!!

I cannot say enough good things about both the Vaughn, and newmarket clinic. The most wonderful human beings that have helped us conceive have a huge thank you from my husband and I. We felt so comfortable, cared for and we’re able to achieve our goals in what I would call a relieving amount of time. Dr Gurau is so knowledgable when it comes to pcos and gave me every answer to every question with me feeling like I was genuinely in the right hands. Truly a wonderful experience from him and his team and I would recommend him to anyone with fertility issues.Thank you so much!

I switched to Generation Fertility from another clinic. I’m so happy to have made the switch. At the previous clinic, I felt like a dollar sign and a statistic. I have never felt that way at Generation Fertility. Dr Hartman spend more time with us on our first call than the entire 9 months I was with the other clinic. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and. Very transparent. He gave us our options and we started right away! The staff at the clinic are amazing. The front desk staff is kind, friendly, and professional. The technicians and nurses are amazing. They really take the time to explain everything and give you a ton of resources so you are completely aware of what to expect and what your options are. Great communication! Super efficient. Highly recommend.

Thus far, our time at generation has been wonderful. Although we have not come to the outcome we have hoped for yet, Dr. Lai has been so caring and understanding throughout our journey. She has shed so much light and knowledge and I am so thankful to have her as our doctor. The nurses and front staff have been so compassionate each and every time I go. Specifically, Nurse Carley has been amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about generation.

I have had an amazing experience with Generation Fertility thus far. Although I recently suffered a miscarriage and felt frightened and unsettled, Dr. Lai, as well as all the nurses and administrative staff, provided me with ample support and comfort. They demonstrated concern not only for my physical well-being but also for my mental health. Their efficiency is noteworthy; they consistently responded to my emails within two hours. My husband and I have just started our fertility journey after a hard year. We did our research for clinics around us. It has paid off so far not to pick the closest one. We have to travel about 1.5 hrs 1 way to come for our appointments, but coming to this clinic to see Generation Fertility Team has been worth it.The other clinics closer to us in Orillia and Barrie have terrible reviews and I have heard from my Naturopath she has heard the same from her other clients. They go there for convenience but if could pick to go somewhere else they would. I told her to recommend Generation Fertility as they are so welcoming, friendly, informative and have amazing followup.We hope we are successful with starting our family.and we are happy we found this place.

Everyone at this clinic was very kind and compassionate. The nurses were very patient and thorough. They took the time to help understand the processes that would be happening and shared all the information with the patient.

When we met Dr Gurua and team we were already very stressed and agitated as we had been trying to conceive naturally for couple of months. Dr Gurua said everything is normal medically and we should have fate and Trust him for further process! He made us feel confident about ourselves. We went through cycle monitoring with him and it worked like a charm in 3rd cycle! He and his team have been very supportive throughout the process and have always patiently answered all our questions/concerns.
