Unfortunate but since bought by Lowe's staff is much more polite and they are willing to help. Had such a bad experience in the past with the previous manager... Or maybe still same manager under different upper management

I was helped by Mr. Pierre Bergeron and his colleauges. Excelent people. I bought all my roofing material from them. The ladies and getlemen here very nice.My material arrived Saturday morning as they promised and was put on the roof with their boom truck.Very happy customer. I recommend them. They are near my home but even if you have to travel to get their good service it is worth it.

Mr. Wadner, an excellent and exemplary exmployee at Rona of Repentigny saw me looking for a cart in the store while holding the hand of my child.He very rapidly went outside to bring me a cart. This is suprior customer service.It means this store has great employees under wonderful management who I am sure encourages and promotes good customer service.Thanks Rona,Thanks Mr. WadnerYou deserve to be employee of the month.

Went to buy hose that was on sale. None was in stock. To be able to get it at that price you have to pay ahead because they do not give rain checks. I paid approx 65$ and was told in a couple of days i would get call. A week later i went back, still none. Its been 2 weeks now. Only to find out they might have them at another store.Plus good luck finding help in outside lot for bricks and rocks. Literally saw the 2 young men run inside and vanish when i came back with my car after i told them i was getting 5 bags of decorative rocks. They saw me spoke to each other and vanished.
