Beth Tikvah Foundation of Hamilton
They are in over their heads , with trying to work with young adults with mental health issues . They are so out of touch with reality , they have no clue on how to handle or care for them . Bewear do not let them go near your young adult . They will just toss them aside when it gets to much for them.

Beth Tikvah Foundation of Hamilton
It's a good place to work. Management is fair and readily available. The residents appreciate my efforts and the staff share their on the job knowledge. I'm glad I accepted the job offer.
