Ordered an anti-virus, paid online. Three days later I got an email and then a phone call. I called them in front of the store and 2 minutes later I was delivered the box outside. It was very easy and very smooth and everyone was pleasant and polite. Great job!

I seldom care to write a bad review but this situation and lack of care from two tiers of management pressed me to write this review. I bought a pair of new headphones last summer, and while purchasing, the sales agent talked to me about extended coverage available for purchase that would include a replacement headphone in case of loss or theft. I purchased the coverage and thought it would come in handy just in case. This month, I lost the headphone, physically went to the location La Source on Masson, got told that I would have to speak to a manager who would call me back. A manager did call a couple of days later with the message ''It would be your word against ours if what you're telling us is true' and ''regarding what the clerk promised you, it is not covered.'' She recommended I call head office to which they also replied it was not in their coverage (provided PDF) therefor nothing they would do for me, the customer who was lied to. Misleading information to get a customer to buy coverage on purchase date to a lack of care and service from management.

What an awful service to bad i could not give you a big zero because that is all you earned .Went inside the store all i saw was a bunch of workers at the store looking the other way when i went with my wife like they never saw us just incredible . .Good job guys keep up the great work your boss should give you guys a lesson on manners .

The employee Amine is a great communicator and was able to answer all my questions and concerns about changing to a new company and a new phone plan. If you’re looking for great costumer service and electronic satisfaction, come to this store!

Absolutely the best service I've ever had. I had an issue with a product warranty and their manager was extremely patient, he listened to my concerns and addressed the issue in a very professional manner. He went above and beyond by resolving it with the manufacturer. Would definitely recommend!!

Small space and equally small selection. Go if you need a new phone charger. They don't carry some specialized stuff like usb c to 3.5 mm (for Pixel 2).
