This Home Hardware stands out from other box stores because of the amazing staff that work here. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you until your problem is solved. I love having a well stocked hardware store that is walking distance to my house!

This store is excellent. A great selection of products (including an entire aisle of awesome, reasonably priced board games), the ability to quickly bring in things not in-store, knowledgeable staff who actually care to talk to you and answer questions, and their delivery price in town simply can't be beat. You *might* be able to get slightly better prices on some things from a big chain store, but the experience here more than makes the premium worthwhile.

The staff are really helpful. One can easily call them for advice, help, best fit, and suggestions rather than order something and hope it's right. Their prices are good, they always seem to have items I can't find anywhere else and despite being really busy they're cheerful and prompt. The big open parking lot is easy to navigate arrival, pick-up and departure, too.

Don't let your ego get the better of you when you're not sure. Just stand there for a second being genuinely confused...they will find you and sort you out. Love these people and their helpfulness. Even after they help you, if THEY aren't 100% that their advice is 100% on point...they will walk you to the person who will.

This is a good Home Hardware. I did notice that the furniture section had closed which is unfortunate. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Recently moved to town, bought a deep freeze from Levi's and had amazing personal service. Had popped in almost daily for parts and supplies that come with a move and had speedy and courteous staff helping me out.Bought a snowblower and ended up having some real bad luck with it. Within days just about everyone in the store was bending over backwards to help me out in the middle of a snowstorm to get me running. Even the assistant store manager contacted me to fix the issue.Everyone from cash to floor staff to managers to backroom and delivery staff are friendly and approachable and helpful. Really feels like the small town hardware store I remember as a kid. Can't say enough good things about Levi's Home Hardware and their staff. 6 stars if I could.

Drove to Almonte to pickup my garden cage door. Do not recommend this home hardware. The lot is closed (for a good event - ride for dad), but the staff are less than helpful. “Watch it doesn’t catch wind and carry you away har har,” instead of offering help… both staff laughed as I waddled my 8 month pregnant self through the store. A teen saw me out of breath and struggling - bless him - he carried it all the way to the lot next door for me and loaded it in the car.

We were referred to this home hardware for quality paint and flooring.The employees were amazing and qualified to answer all our questions and took the time to get our order completed.We then had it delivered the next day am and the young men were so professional and very kind .It was a totalling stress free experience and would recommend this store.

It's a really nice store. But the boardgame selection blew my mind! They have an incredible selection of boardgames at this home hardware, I was surprised. Staff was very helpful too
